The purpose was to assess the effectiveness of proprioceptive training programs based on quantifiable instability, to reduce ankle sprains, knee sprains, and low back pain by developing refined, long-lasting proprioceptive control. Sono stati studiati cinquantacinque soggetti. Nel primo biennio (2004\u20132006), il programma preventivo consisteva in esercizi propriocettivi classici. Nel secondo biennio (2006\u20132008), l&#8217;allenamento propriocettivo \u00e8 diventato quantificabile e interattivo mediante stazioni propriocettive elettroniche. Nel terzo biennio (2008\u20132010), l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 e il volume di allenamento sono aumentati, mentre la durata della sessione \u00e8 diventata pi\u00f9 breve. \u00c8 stata utilizzata l&#8217;analisi della varianza per analizzare le differenze nel controllo propriocettivo tra gruppi, anni e bienni. The results showed a statistically significant reduction in the occurrence of ankle sprains by 81% from the first to the third biennium (p &lt; 0.001). Low back pain showed similar results with a reduction of 77.8% (p &lt; 0.005).  La riduzione delle distorsioni al ginocchio \u00e8 stata del 64,5% (non significativa). Comparing the third biennium with the level of all new entry players, proprioceptive control improved significantly by 72.2% (p &lt; 0.001).
